Delivery Time

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times after order placement:

  • United Kingdom: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 2–5 business days

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE): 2–6 business days

  • Rest of the World: 2–7 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs

  • United Kingdom: from 14.90 € (Free for orders over 150.00 €)

  • Europe: from 19.90 € (Free for orders over 150.00 €)

  • Other countries outside the EU: from 14.90 €

Note: Additional customs duty, taxes, and handling fees may apply for some orders depending on the country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

  • Orders can be canceled and returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • We do not charge a return fee.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping label.

  • Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
